ARC Raiders' Skill Tree Is Broken - Here's What Riven Tides Needs to Fix (Skill Imbalance, PvP/PvE Contradictions, and Worthless Perks)

Since its release, ARC Raiders has lost a significant number of players and even faced public ridicule from the creator of its competitor, Escape from Tarkov.

If you're a die-hard ARC Raiders fan, you might feel angry. However, as a highly popular and controversial game, it's normal for it to have various controversies, and the game certainly has its well-known flaws.

With the Riven Tides update, I want to discuss the controversial aspects of the game and what changes players want to see. Specifically, this includes the Skill Tree issue, the disorderly matchmaking system, and player suggestions.ARC Raiders' Skill Tree Is Broken - Here's What Riven Tides Needs to Fix (Skill Imbalance, PvP/PvE Contradictions, and Worthless Perks)

Skill Tree Issue

The Skill Tree is arguably the most controversial system in ARC Raiders.

In a recent lengthy interview on the popular podcast Game Makers Notebook, Arc Raiders' design director Virgil Watkins openly admitted, "I don't think we did a very good job with the Skill Tree system." Indeed, the problems with the Skill Tree can be divided into three categories.

Skill Value Imbalance

Watkins pointed out a serious problem with the current skill tree: a severe imbalance in skill utility. Some skills are almost completely ignored in actual combat, while others are practically mandatory for all players.

This imbalance renders the game's advertised high degree of freedom meaningless. Most players will prioritize maxing out stamina - related skills in the early game, as the vast majority will choose the most efficient and cost - effective playstyle.

Skill Design Contradictions

Watkins also pointed out another, more serious problem in the interview: the skill tree design has flaws, forcing players to make trade - offs between PvP and PvE gameplay.

For example, some skills in the current version are naturally more suitable for players who prefer PvP, while others are only effective against Arc enemies in the game - such as increasing damage to monsters or reducing the chance of being detected by monsters.

The problem is that Arc Raiders is a game that combines PvP and PvE, and a player often cannot predict which type of threat they will encounter in a single game.

When you've invested heavily in PvE skills and equipped PvE - optimized ARC Raiders items, only to suddenly encounter a real - time squad, you'll be at a significant disadvantage; conversely, the opposite is also true.

This inherent contradiction in the mechanics forces players to choose between two playstyles when deciding how to progress.

Insignificant Numerical Gains

Another issue is that the Skill Tree seems to offer only minor changes, lacking truly transformative moments. For example, a 2% increase in movement speed or a 0.5 - second faster reload speed. These buffs are almost imperceptible in intense combat.

This results in weak positive feedback for players, and the lack of positive feedback from the Skill Tree system makes it easier for players to become bored with it and the game as a whole.

In contrast, players crave transformative moments - such as unlocking a new tactical move or gaining a unique active skill. This would increase player engagement.

Disorderly Matchmaking System

Compared to before, ARC Raiders player activity has declined. Players have observed that on a typical Thursday morning, the game had approximately 30,000 concurrent players, while the peak in the last 24 hours reached 82,000. This figure can be considered the lowest and most critical concurrent player count.

Why does a decrease in concurrent players disrupt the matchmaking system? The reason lies in the development team's introduction of an Aggression - Based Matchmaking mechanism. Its principle is simple: the system matches players with similar preferences based on their historical behavior - such as whether they prefer PvP or PvE.

This allows players who enjoy intense combat to engage in fierce battles, while those who prefer peaceful exploration can enjoy the game in a relatively safe environment.

However, due to the reduced concurrent player count, the system cannot find enough players within a reasonable timeframe, inevitably mixing PvP - oriented and PvE - oriented players together, causing the matchmaking mechanism to malfunction.

As a result, a large influx of players with aggressive playstyles floods previously peaceful matches, randomly attacking players focused on PvE. This has resulted in a poor gaming experience for many casual players, further exacerbating the conflict between PvP and PvE players.

Clearly, this matchmaking system needs modification, at least to ensure that players who only enjoy PvE are not dragged into PvP matches.

Player Suggestions

In addition, players have offered suggestions and expectations regarding the ARC Raiders Riven Tides update and subsequent updates. Here's a brief overview:

Some players mentioned hoping the next update would add new craftables, equipment, and weapons, while also retaining the project system, as it gives players a clear reason to loot and complete missions.

This makes sense; after all, replayability and a sense of purpose are crucial for extraction shooters, and craftables and projects provide those experiences.

Furthermore, while some new high-tier ARC Raiders items have recently been added, low-tier equipment remains the same as before.

Some players believe the game also needs a wider variety of low - tier weapons and armor, as these are the tiers most frequently used by new players or those on a tight budget. Constantly releasing high-tier weapons would significantly diminish their gaming experience.

These are my summaries of controversial points in the game and suggestions. What do you think?

After ARC Raiders' Expedition System Arrives: The Ultimate Skill Build for Farming Wealth and Staying Alive

The upcoming ARC Raiders Third Expedition brings many new changes. In addition to Expedition's reward system, Raiders' skill trees have gained an extra 5 skill points. Before Expedition system, we only had 86 skill points; now we have 91.

This has given me some inspiration. Perhaps we can develop a skill tree system more suitable for the current version. It should not only improve your survivability in the game but also enhance your ability to amass wealth - by scavenging large amounts of high-level resources.

We have a total of three skill tree branches: Conditioning, Mobility, and Survival. I will now explain in detail which skills and how many skill points are added to each branch. After ARC Raiders' Expedition System Arrives: The Ultimate Skill Build for Farming Wealth and Staying Alive

Mobility

Nimble Climber - 5 skill points

This is a basic utility skill that increases your speed when manually climbing high platforms or automatically vaulting low walls, windows, and other obstacles while running.

Marathon Runner - 5 skill points

This not only reduces the stamina consumed by movement but also increases your mech's resilience. Whether escaping, chasing, or making long-distance raids, this is the foundation of your stamina. A solid foundation will greatly enhance your gameplay experience.

Youthful Lungs - 5 Skill Points

Each level increases your maximum stamina by 5%. At max level, it increases your stamina cap by 25%, allowing you to sprint longer, roll more, and effectively improve map movement efficiency and combat survivability.

Effortless Roll - 5 Skill Points

It directly improves stamina endurance, allowing you to use the crucial roll maneuver more frequently in combat.

Heroic Leap - 5 Skill Points

Its core function is to increase the movement distance of Sprint Dodge Roll, allowing you to engage or disengage faster in combat. Maxing out this skill is key to maximizing its value.

Crawl Before You Walk - 5 Skill Points

Crawl Before You Walk increases your crouching speed, enhancing stealthy mobility.

Carry The Momentum - 1 skill point

This skill is a Major Skill in the mobility skill tree, creating a valuable, cost-free sprint window for a short period.

Carry The Momentum requires a well-timed, stamina-consuming roll. Effortless Roll effectively reduces the cost of the roll itself.

Finally, add one skill point each to Vigorous Vaulter, Sup And Slide, Sturdy Ankles, Calming Stroll, and Vaults On Vaults On Vaults.

Youthful Lungs and Marathon Runner will be the foundation of this combo. On top of these, Carry The Momentum acts as a brief burst of power. Its presence makes this movement system more complete and allows you to force a 3-4 second respite when your stamina is depleted, buying time for other skills to recover stamina.

Survival

Agile Croucher - 5 Skill Points

It's a prerequisite for unlocking key building paths, and its most important strategic value. In areas dense with high-level ARC Raiders Items, Agile Croucher reduces your risk of being detected by enemy players or ARCs, while also providing a speed boost, allowing you to move between cover more quickly.

Looter's Instincts - 5 Skill Points

It allows you to see the items inside containers more quickly after opening the container browsing interface, significantly improving looting efficiency and allowing you to acquire key resources faster, reducing your exposure time.

Revitalizing Squat - 3 Skill Points

It allows you to continuously regenerate stamina while crouching.

In-Round Crafting - 1 Skill Point

This skill allows you to craft ARC Raiders Items you need during a match, achieving self-sufficiency.

Silent Scavenger - 1 Skill Point

Greatly reduces the noise you make when looting and picking up items, making you more stealthy and less likely to be detected by ARC.

Suffer In Silence - 1 Skill Point

Reduces the sound of your cries of pain when injured, buying you time to heal.

Broad Shoulders - 5 Skill Points

Greatly increases your carrying capacity, meaning you can pick up more loot.

Looter's Luck - 5 Skill Points

A passive skill that has a chance to instantly double the number of items when looting containers. The player community often believes it improves the quality of items dropped, such as rare ARC Raiders Blueprints.

Good As New - 1 Skill Point

Increases the efficiency of healing items.

Conditioning

Used to the Weight - 5 Skill Points

Reduces the reduction in movement speed caused by armor and weight. It provides a near-free upgrade. A shield is practically a standard feature for every action, and this skill can be unlocked early in the game, maintaining high tactical mobility even when heavily armored.

Blast-Born - 1 skill point

Reduces the impact of explosions on hearing, allowing you to more clearly distinguish footsteps, gunshots, and other key environmental sounds amidst blasts.

Fight Or Flight - 5 skill points

A survival-oriented secondary passive skill that instantly restores a fixed amount of stamina when injured in combat, but has an internal cooldown. It can be combined with Survivor's Stamina for a powerful combo, giving you a stamina advantage on the battlefield.

Gentle Pressure - 1 skill point

Reduces the noise when breaching doors and unlocking locks, aiding in stealth operations.

Proficient Pryer - 5 skill points

Shortens the animation time for unlocking and breaching doors, allowing you to acquire loot faster and reduce the risk of detection.

Unburdened Roll - 1 skill point

After your shield breaks, the first roll within a short timeframe does not consume stamina. Offers you a free escape opportunity, high survival value.

Survivor's Stamina - 1 skill point

Significantly increases stamina regeneration speed when your health is below 20%.

A Little Extra - 1 skill point

Always obtains extra resources (materials or consumables) when picking locks, increasing resource accumulation efficiency.

Loaded Arms - 1 skill point

Reduces the impact of your current weapon's weight on your inventory.

Downed But Determined - 1 skill point

Extends the duration of being downed, increasing the chance of teammates reviving you.

Turtle Crawl - 5 skill points

Reduces damage taken while downed, increasing survival chances.

In short, the choice of build depends on your primary goal. If you want to accumulate resources in ARC Raiders in the shortest time, avoid getting bogged down in close combat, and still become a hunter, getting rich through combat plunder, then this build is very suitable.

Borderlands 4 Hotfix Update: Double XP from Bosses and Quadrupled XP from Elites - What You Need to Know?

In the latest hotfix patch for Borderlands 4, the developers significantly adjusted the experience gain mechanism, doubling the experience rewards from boss battles and quadrupling the experience gained from elite enemies.

This change drastically alters the leveling efficiency landscape in the game, especially for players aiming for the level 60 cap. Choosing the right experience farming method has become more crucial than ever.

Whether you're a newbie just reaching level 30 or a seasoned player already in Endgame, understanding the efficiency differences between various experience farming methods can significantly save time.

Based on systematic testing of various methods, including spam farming, boss battles, Drill Sites, Ordonite Processors, and Vile Bounties, the following will analyze in detail the most worthwhile experience farming strategies in the current version.Borderlands 4 Hotfix Update: Double XP from Bosses and Quadrupled XP from Elites - What You Need to Know?

Older Methods

The following will analyze the limitations and shortcomings of the established experience farming areas Splashzone and Ordonite Processors.

Splashzone

Of all the experience farming methods tested, Splashzone ranked last in efficiency. While this update slightly increased the experience gained in Splashzone, it's still not a full-fledged boss unit, resulting in a significant reduction in experience gained.

Approximately 12 Splashzone skills are needed to equal the experience gained from one Vile Bounty. Calculated per hour, the experience gained from Splashzone is about 1.1 million, a vast difference compared to other methods.

The core reason for this is that Splashzone is categorized as a special unit rather than a standard boss, and its experience multiplier is independent of the patch's bonuses to bosses and elite monsters.

Even with extremely high kill efficiency, players cannot compensate for the inherently unsatisfactory experience gain by repeatedly resetting the area. Therefore, for any player whose primary goal is leveling up, Splashzone should not be used as a primary method for farming experience.

Ordonite Processor

While Ordonite Processor offers a significant improvement in experience efficiency compared to Splashzone, its main problem is its high entry cost.

Even for level 60 endgame characters, Eridium is a scarce resource for acquiring specialization points and high-level gear, making it inefficient to invest in experience farming.

From a pure experience efficiency perspective, Ordonite Processor's 1.77 million experience per hour is far lower than the top three methods discussed later. However, it must be acknowledged that this area does produce valuable Borderlands 4 Items such as Pearls and Shalashaska.

If a player's goal is to simultaneously gain experience and collect endgame gear, Ordonite Processor still has its value; but if maximizing experience is the only objective, this method should be abandoned.

Detailed Analysis of Three Efficient Experience Farming Methods

The following three methods are Drill Site, Vile Bounties, and Timekeeper. The hourly experience gained from these three methods is very similar, and the actual efficiency difference largely depends on the player's character build, gear level, and skill level.

Drill Site

Drill Site ranks third with approximately 2.01 million experience per hour. Its advantage lies in the simultaneous spawning of numerous regular monsters, elite monsters, and three boss units within the area.

Elite monsters received a fourfold experience boost after this patch, and the three bosses each provide a considerable amount of experience, resulting in a substantial total.

The efficiency of Drill Sites is highly dependent on character build. For example, Crossfire Cash is considered one of the strongest characters for farming Drill Sites in the game, capable of clearing the entire area in a brief time.

Even if a player's character isn't a top-tier Drill Site farmer, they can still achieve over 2 million experience per hour. If the player's character possesses strong area-of-effect damage and high mobility, Drill Sites are undoubtedly a highly competitive choice.

However, Drill Sites contain many exploding psychos, requiring players to constantly pay attention to positioning to avoid being instantly killed by chain explosions and disrupting their farming rhythm. Overall, Drill Sites are a high-potential, high-floor experience farming location, suitable for mid-to-late game characters with well-developed gear.

Vile Bounties

Vile Bounties ranks second with approximately 2.08 million experience per hour. However, this figure comes with an important premise: the efficiency is based on pure experience points. From a comprehensive value perspective, Vile Bounties remain the most suitable way for beginners and characters with incomplete equipment to farm experience.

The unique advantage of Vile Bounties lies in the fact that they not only provide a large amount of experience but also reward Eridium and equipment. For new characters who have just reached level 30, accumulating Eridium is one of the core needs in Endgame phase.

By farming Vile Bounties, players can accumulate a large amount of Eridium while leveling up, laying a solid foundation for specialization point learning and acquiring high-level equipment after reaching level 60.

Timekeeper

Timekeeper is at the top of the list. Since both Timekeeper's main form and its transformed form provide complete boss kill experience, the total experience gained from a complete run is equivalent to killing two regular bosses.

The regular Timekeeper run is tedious; the core of its top ranking for experience farming is using map resets to skip intermediate steps.

The specific operation process is: first kill the larger form of Timekeeper, then kill the smaller form of the main form, and then immediately jump to the edge of the map to commit suicide. After respawning and re-entering combat, players can directly face both forms without waiting for transformation animations or map traversal. This method compresses two boss kills into a brief time, significantly improving experience gain per unit of time.

Data shows that approximately three such quick kills are equivalent to the total experience gained in one Vile Bounty, while the time required to complete three kills is far less than completing one Vile Bounty. This is the fundamental reason Timekeeper method tops the efficiency charts.

The biggest limitation of Timekeeper method is whether the equipment is qualified. Players need a weapon capable of efficiently killing bosses, with Sticky Stacking currently being the easiest solution.

Whether it's a purple-quality Sticky weapon or Sticky equipment from DLC, both provide sufficient damage output during leveling.

For characters with some existing equipment, this method offers the highest experience gain. However, for new characters who have just reached level 30, lacking sufficient damage output, forcibly farming Timekeepers can actually reduce efficiency because of the excessively long kill times.

Farming Recommendations

Overall, the current Borderlands 4 experience farming ecosystem is relatively healthy - the three efficient methods are not significantly different, allowing players to choose flexibly based on their own circumstances.

For new characters who have just reached level 30, Vile Bounties is undoubtedly the best starting point. Its low barrier to entry and high overall returns help players steadily level up while accumulating gear and Eridium.

As a character's gear gradually improves, especially after acquiring a reliable Sticky weapon, players can switch to Timekeeper kills for higher pure experience efficiency. For players skilled in area-of-effect clearing builds, Drill Sites are also a highly competitive option.

However, in pursuing optimal experience, the proper acquisition and use of items is equally important.

For example, using Eridium obtained from Vile Bounties to increase specialization points, or converting Legendaries dropped by Timekeepers into economic resources, can further improve overall efficiency.

Currently, after Borderlands 4 patch, the efficiency ranking for solo experience farming is: Timekeeper kills > Vile Bounties > Drill Sites. New players should start with Vile Bounties to accumulate Borderlands 4 Items and resources, then switch to Timekeeper for maximum efficiency.

All three methods have similar efficiency and can be rotated to avoid fatigue. Proper equipment planning is closely related to experience-farming strategies; players are advised to choose flexibly based on their character and equipment to maximize experience and resource gains.

How GTA6 is Already Shaping the Gaming Landscape Ahead of Its Release?

The official launch of GTA6's large-scale promotional campaign is likely just weeks away. Nearly a year has passed since the second trailer was released, and discussions about the third trailer, pre-orders, and new screenshots are rapidly heating up in the community. With May approaching, players can finally expect the next wave of official information for this highly anticipated title.

Next month's developer earnings call will be a key juncture to observe any potential changes. There have been reports of other major games delaying their releases to avoid clashing with GTA6, which indirectly confirms the industry's consensus on GTA6's market dominance.

From the historical pattern of trailer releases to the pace of the official internal testing phase, multiple dimensions point in the same direction: new information about GTA6 is truly not far off.How GTA6 is Already Shaping the Gaming Landscape Ahead of Its Release?

The Third Trailer

Looking back at the official timeline of past titles, a consistent pattern for the release of the third trailer is clearly visible. The third trailer for GTA 5 was officially unveiled on April 30, 2013, while the official announcement of the trailer was made on April 25 of the same year. Similarly, the third trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 was proclaimed on April 30, with the actual trailer scheduled to be released the following month, May.

Based on these two clear precedents, the current date falls within a sensitive window for the release of the third trailer for GTA 6. It's worth noting that May 6th marks exactly one year since the official release of GTA 6 website and the second trailer. Considering the timeline, the likelihood of a new trailer being released in the next few weeks is quite high.

The gaming community has further analyzed the subtle patterns in the official trailer release schedule. The character trailer for GTA 5 was officially announced on Thursday, with the trailer itself released the following Tuesday.

Similarly, the third trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 was announced on Monday, with the trailer released on Wednesday. This regular interval design suggests that the official team prefers to reserve a short period of pre-release hype for major trailers.

Based on this, any day starting April 27th could become a news point related to the third GTA 6 trailer. Of course, there's also the possibility that the official team will release the trailer without prior notice. The first trailer's premature leak caused significant public relations difficulties for the official team, and they are highly vigilant against a recurrence of leaks. Therefore, releasing a trailer without prior warning is a viable option.

Release Date Stability and Delay Risk

Regarding whether GTA 6 will be delayed again, multiple independent sources have given relatively consistent assessments.

According to reliable insiders, the official parent company has officially notified Sony and Microsoft that GTA 6 will still be released as planned within the current fiscal year, with no planned delays, and the release window is considered definite.

Furthermore, the official team recently stated that the recent hacking incident had no impact on the organization or players. This statement means that the security vulnerabilities previously worried about have not interfered with the development and marketing schedule of GTA 6. The marketing campaign is set to officially launch this summer, which in itself is a powerful signal.

A noteworthy development is the official recruitment of game testers in Bangalore, India. According to reports, these testing positions are expected to begin around April 18th.

While the official career page doesn't explicitly state that these positions are for GTA 6, given that no other major mainline titles are currently in late development, it's reasonable to infer that this testing work is directly related to GTA 6. The core task of these external testers is to stress-test the game under real-world conditions and identify potential minor issues.

It can be inferred that the core development team has already completed fixing major bugs, and the current external testing is primarily focused on finalizing minor bugs. From the perspective of the overall game development cycle, reaching this stage means that the core content is largely finalized, and the official release is not far off.

May is considered a crucial timeframe when discussing whether GTA 6 will be delayed. Some argue that if no delay announcement is made in May, the likelihood of the game progressing as planned will significantly increase.

The upcoming developer earnings call next month will be a crucial indicator of whether GTA 6 will be released on schedule. If a delay is indeed possible, this call will probably release relevant signals.

GTA 6's Market Dominance

GTA 6's impact on the entire gaming industry is already evident. According to reports, some games will postpone their releases, partly to avoid direct competition with GTA 6. While this news hasn't been officially confirmed and is only a direction being discussed internally by studios, it wouldn't surprise players if it ultimately comes true.

It's expected that in the coming months, more game developers will follow the example of Call of Duty and proactively make way for GTA 6 - this is becoming a rational business strategy.

Despite Call of Duty series consistently topping sales charts and boasting a massive mainstream player base, the new Call of Duty title has deviated from its usual November release schedule, opting for a late autumn or October release, demonstrating its apprehension about the even more significant GTA 6.

From the pre-release hype to the official launch month and for a long period afterward, GTA 6 will dominate the gaming industry's focus and user attention. Any major title with a release date close to GTA 6 will inevitably face immense pressure in terms of media buzz and player budget allocation.

GTA 6 is progressing steadily according to plan, and November 2026 release window remains stable. The third trailer is highly likely to be released in the coming weeks, and the developer's earnings call next month will be the final indicator to confirm whether a delay will occur.

From the official launch of external testing in India to other game developers proactively adjusting their release dates, all signs indicate that GTA 6's development is nearing completion, and its market dominance has already had a substantial impact on the industry. For players eagerly awaiting GTA 6, after a long wait, the moment for the real information release is fast approaching.

Version 1.5, available to all players, also features significant updates and optimizations, resolving some current game issues and introducing major new changes.

Level Cap Increase

The character level cap has been increased from 50 to 60, giving players more room to upgrade their characters and accomplish more.

Shared Character Progression

Shared Character Progression system has been updated, allowing players to retain game progress across different characters. This eliminates the need for players to repeatedly explore the map with different characters, allowing all characters to share Borderlands 4 items.

Once one character completes an activity, all characters will share that activity’s progress: including collectibles, activities, SDU points, and map progress. This content is now completely consistent across different characters. This significantly saves players Borderlands 4 money, as you no longer need to repeatedly redeem items you already have for your other characters.

Bounty Pack 2 Optimizations

Targeted upgrades to Bounty Pack 2: Legend of the Stone Demon:

A Fast Travel station has been added to Cursed Mine area, and ECHO location guidance has been optimized to improve player efficiency in exploration and resource acquisition;

Bugs such as safe spots that could avoid damage during combat and characters getting stuck outside the arena have been fixed. Teammates can now restart boss battles even while in loot rooms, making resource acquisition fairer;

Another optimization has been made to issues such as abnormal enemy spawning and movement within designated areas. Some background elements have been removed and their effects optimized, making the game’s visuals more realistic and conducive to combat;

Improved issues such as accidental damage and model clipping.

Vault Cards and Challenges have also been optimized. An option to disable the progress pop-up has been added. Menu usage and challenge progress calculations have been improved. In Kill X Vile Enemies challenge, defeating Ordonite enemies no longer counts towards the challenge count, ensuring that challenge rewards are distributed correctly and players do not lose already claimed rewards.

Borderlands 4 Bounty Pack 2

Basic Game Improvements

Fixed frequent issues such as weapon disappearance, abnormal character models, and loading screen freezes to prevent players from losing acquired resources or purchased items due to bugs; optimized visual effects for actions like switching Heavy Weapons after using Grapple Points, and switching weapons while climbing ladders or walls; corrected inaccuracies in map objective and waypoint positioning, making resource farming smoother.

Character and Weapon Changes

This update modifies the skills of four characters: Harlowe, Rafa, Vex, and Amon, optimizing skill effects, skill bonuses, and success rates to ensure proper skill synergy and maximize skill damage.

Not only characters, but weapons have also been modified, such as Jakobs and Tediore, for a more polished gaming experience. Weapon sound effects have been optimized, with some bullet trajectory sound effects updated and shooting sounds enhanced; visually, the firing indicator has been improved, and issues such as missing projectiles and beam obstruction by rare Pearlescent items have been resolved, while ensuring that enhancement effects fully increase weapon power.

Splitscreen Fixes

Splitscreen has been fixed. After the fix: When a player exits the game on the character selection screen, other players will not lose their game progress; When the main player joins with a new game account, other players’ characters will not disappear; Only the host player can modify True Mode settings; Flipping item cards to view details will only affect the player who clicked the card; Other menus will not overlap with the pause menu when interacting with in-game objects; Sound will play correctly when a new player joins on PS5 with a new save file.

Audio & Visual Fixes:

Audio: Fade-in/fade-out effects added to audio transitions; Voice settings change immediately when a player switches configurations.

Visual: Physics effects optimized for greater realism; weapon HD display and switching effects optimized; Screen display clarity and loading screen optimized.

Photo Mode Updates

In photo mode, the visibility option has been improved. Turning visibility off now has an immediate effect, including on newly spawned creatures. Turning off player visibility will cause other effects and vehicles to disappear as well. Depth of field effects have been added, allowing NPCs to remain stationary when the game is paused. Statistics and other menu details are now hidden during the results screen for a more shareable visual effect.

UI & Menus Improvements

Fixed grammar and spelling errors, and an issue where left-clicking a character in the main menu could open the shop page. Optimized tooltips: such as skill damage values, icons, and quest log positions, ensuring all tooltips are up-to-date. Reset menu options to prevent players from changing host settings in multiplayer. Resolved an issue where skipping the opening animation disconnected the controller.

Further Optimizations to Enhance Player Experience and Drive Game Progression

To further enhance the overall player experience, this update also improves cloud save handling to prevent save file overwrite errors that could lead to the loss of hard-earned Borderlands 4 items. Game stability and performance have been optimized, and for the newly released DLC, players are now matched only with players who possess the same content, preventing exits to the main menu due to inaccessibility of DLC and impacting the game experience.

From the rich content of the new paid story DLC to the core feature upgrades that are free for all players, and the comprehensive bug fixes and experience optimizations, Borderlands 4’s 1.5 update fully responds to player needs, bringing a brand-new adventure experience to paying players while ensuring a smoother and more polished gameplay for all players. The developers also stated that they will continue to listen to feedback from the player community and continuously optimize and update the game’s content, performance, and stability to provide players with an even better experience.

Stop Getting Melted: The Essential Guide to Hunting Fireflies and Comets in ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky

Following ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update, two new enemy types have been added: Firefly and Comet. These new enemies add new challenges for players exploring Topside.

Like other ARC enemies, Firefly and Comet patrol open areas and will attack Raiders immediately upon spotting them.

While they are considered regular or small ARC enemies, they deal significantly more damage than regular enemies. Firefly breathes fire at its target, rapidly melting shields and inflicting fire damage on Raiders, making it even more ferocious than Hornet. Comet explodes upon approaching its target, triggering a massive earthquake explosion that causes widespread blast damage.

If you’re still struggling to find or defeat Firefly and Comet, this guide will help.Stop Getting Melted: The Essential Guide to Hunting Fireflies and Comets in ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky

How to Find and Defeat Firefly?

Fireflies do not have a fixed spawn point. It spawns randomly on almost every map, is a powerful solo attacker, and sometimes patrols alongside Wasps and Hornets, providing sustained frontline fire support. Firefly has the highest spawn rate in Hurricane map. However, due to the low visibility on this map, Firefly is the most difficult to deal with. Players looking for a challenge can choose this map.

Firefly is an Armored ARC Drone designed for close-quarters combat. It uses a gimbal-mounted flamethrower to scorch any Raiders that get too close. Therefore, engaging it in open areas is ineffective; maps with many buildings to utilize are recommended.

Buried City is probably your best choice. On this map, you’ll find many buildings near the outdoors that you can use. Even if Firefly spots you, you can hide inside a building and shoot it down.

To defeat Firefly, you must use Heavy Ammo weapons, such as Anvil or Ferro. These two ARC Raider Items have high ARC armor penetration, easily penetrating Firefly’s armor and attacking its weak points.

Flamethrower fuel tank is its weak point; you need to aim for Firefly’s weak point to make it lose balance and fall. Shooting down any two of its tanks will cause Firefly ARC to crash and be destroyed.

Some Raiders will intentionally ignite other ARC machines near them, but this requires precise timing and is entirely a gamble. After the explosion, remember to wait for the flames to extinguish before picking up items inside ARC.

Alternatively, you can use Grenades to defeat Firefly, use a Showstopper to make it crash to the ground, and then shoot to destroy it. There’s also a better method, but it’s too costly and not recommended: using a Wolfpack to instantly destroy Firefly.

Possible Loot from Firefly ARC

Below are all the items you can pick up from Firefly in ARC Raiders.

  • Firefly Burner
  • ARC Powercell
  • Chemicals
  • ARC Alloy
  • Simple Gun Parts
  • Synthesized Fuel
  • ARC Synthetic Resin

How to Find and Defeat Comet?

Similar to Firefly ARC, Comets don’t have fixed spawn points; they spawn randomly and patrol the ground. However, unlike Firefly, Comets patrol alone.

Comets are large, rounded, and very easy to spot. They can be found in almost every map’s outdoor areas. Marano Park area on Buried City and Control Tower area on Dam Battlegrounds are particularly recommended. Additionally, Comet spawn rate is high in Hurricane map, making them easier to find.

To defeat a Comet, you’ll need to use an Anvil or IL Toro Shotgun. Once a Comet spots Raiders, it will roll towards them at high speed. Its core will rapidly charge and then explode.

As Comet begins charging, it will eventually expand its Armor Shell, exposing its internal structure and weak points. Shooting the center point before Comet explodes will destroy it. Generally, it may take one or two bullets to destroy it.

Remember, if you shoot the core to detonate Comet, you will not take any damage. However, if Comet is not destroyed before it explodes, it will trigger a shockwave explosion, causing considerable damage.

If you have a light shield equipped and both your shield value and energy are full, Shockwave will reduce your shield energy to about a quarter and your health to a similar level. Comet only has one chance to deal damage, so it will reposition itself before self-destructing to maximize damage to a group of Raiders.

After destroying Comet, you will see two lootable pieces, one of which is a core piece containing Igniter. However, if Comet explodes on its own, only one lootable piece will drop. Currently, it seems that Igniter will always drop if Comet is destroyed correctly.

Possible Loot from Comet ARC

Below are all the items you can obtain from Comet in ARC Raiders.

  • ARC Alloy
  • Crude Explosives
  • Advanced ARC Powercell
  • ARC Coolant
  • ARC Thermo Lining
  • Comet Igniter (only when you destroy Comet before exploding)
  • Explosive Compound (only when you destroy Comet before exploding)

This concludes the guide. We hope it helps you better complete trials in ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky and obtain the items you desire.

How To Move Faster In ARC Raiders? | Attack Techniques, Stamina Management, Skill And Equipment Optimization

Recently, the new map Stella Montis for ARC Raiders was released. Have you tried it yet? As a more intense PvP map, you'll need more skillful combat techniques to break through the encirclement and suppression of ARC enemies and other players, successfully acquire loot and withdrawal.

In these battles, you must use movement to approach enemies or dodge their attacks. You need to master some advanced movement techniques to assist you in combat.

Below, we will introduce some practical movement techniques, stamina-saving techniques, and skill tree point allocation to help you move, making your stamina usage more valuable and allowing you to be more flexible and unpredictable in combat. How To Move Faster In ARC Raiders? | Attack Techniques, Stamina Management, Skill And Equipment Optimization

Attack

In combat, you need to seize every opportunity to attack enemies, and movement is no exception. You can combine movement with attacks to create unexpected effects.

Dodge Roll & Attack

Dodge rolls are crucial ways to dodge enemy bullets in ARC Raiders, but they consume a lot of stamina. With full stamina, you can perform eight normal dodge rolls or four sprint dodge rolls. So how can you maximize the effectiveness of the roll?

The first method is to combine dodge rolls with shotgun auto-reload. That is, complete the shotgun auto-reload while you are dodge rolling, so you can immediately attack the enemy after the roll.

The type of shotgun isn't important; the key is to dodge roll immediately after firing. The shotgun auto-reload will occur simultaneously with your roll.

This makes the roll more than just a dodge; it becomes a preparation for your next attack, significantly increasing your mobility in combat.

The second method combines dodge with slide. This technique is suitable for areas with ample cover. The specific steps are: slide towards the enemy, fire, and immediately dodge roll behind cover.

You need fast hand speed to execute this series of actions; it must be fast enough to prevent the enemy from reacting.

Crouch And Jump & Attack

The main purpose of these two actions is to disrupt the enemy's vision, making it difficult for them to hit you. Crouch shooting is easy to understand; it involves frequently using a crouch during combat, preventing the enemy from quickly aiming at your crosshair.

Jump shooting can be used to close in on weaker enemies. You can jump and fire simultaneously. The enemy needs to constantly dodge your bullets, making it difficult to accurately hit you while you're jumping.

If you're worried that jumping will prevent you from accurately hitting enemies, you can choose semi-automatic or fully automatic firearms, such as Venator.

Stamina

Stamina in ARC Raiders is limited, so you need to plan your stamina usage wisely and master some techniques to reduce stamina consumption, such as utilizing unlimited stamina for movement and using gliding to conserve stamina.

Infinite Stamina

You first need to know the two time periods in ARC Raiders that grant you infinite stamina. One is when your stamina is just full, giving you 3-5 seconds of infinite stamina. The other is 10-15 seconds after using Adrenaline Shot.

In actual combat, you can use these two periods to run or jump without consuming stamina. Note that during these periods, avoid using dodge rolls unless absolutely necessary, as it will immediately end the infinite stamina state.

Utilizing Sliding

Sliding in ARC Raiders is very useful; it instantly restores your stamina. So, when your stamina is depleted, try using sliding to quickly recover.

In addition, when you encounter terrain that allows you to slide in the game, try to use sliding as much as possible. It doesn't consume stamina and allows you to move a certain distance quickly.

Avoiding Fall Damage

ARC Raiders includes fall damage to make the game more realistic, which can sometimes be inconvenient, so it's generally best to avoid jumping from heights. However, here are two tips to help you avoid fall damage from small heights.

The first tip is to press crouch or dodge just before you hit the ground. If you roll after landing, congratulations, you've successfully avoided fall damage.

The timing of pressing crouch or dodge is crucial. You can watch your character's feet and press it at the very moment before impact. Pressing it too early or too late will result in failure.

The second tip is to use vaulting. Unlike the previous tip, you need to jump at the edge of the potential fall and trigger vaulting. If the vaulting animation appears, it means you can land safely without damage. If there is no vaulting animation, then you should immediately use the first technique to avoid the fall damage.

Both techniques require practice to master. Once mastered, they'll allow for easier evacuation togother with your acquired ARC Raiders Items.

Setting Up Your Skill Tree

You can customize your skill tree based on your movement habits or the terrain of each game, but there are a few skills you must pay attention to. They are very practical and can significantly improve your movement.

  • Marathon Runner: This skill reduces the stamina cost of movement, meaning you can travel a greater distance with the same amount of stamina.
  • Youthful Lungs: This skill increases your maximum stamina. It's basically a must-have, greatly increasing your skill ceiling and giving you more options in combat.
  • Slip and Slide: This skill is specifically for gliding, increasing gliding distance and speed. It makes your gliding smoother and improves your movement efficiency.

Choosing Equipment And Potions

To acquire more high-quality loot and successfully extract in ARC Raiders matches, you must prepare some suitable ARC Raiders items to complement your actions.

Regarding firearms, for even better execution, you can choose to carry a shotgun and a semi-automatic weapon, such as Il Toro. This gun has automatic reloading and can be used in conjunction with dodge maneuvers.

Regarding potions, besides the essential health regeneration potion, two other potions are also crucial.

One is Li'l Smoke Grenade. After use combined with the aforementioned movement techniques, it can greatly increase your chances of a safe extraction, so it's best to carry some every game.

The other is Adrenaline Shot. It can be very useful, whether it helps with map traversal or restoring stamina for counterattacks during combat.

These movement-related tips in ARC Raiders are worth practicing and applying in actual gameplay. Hopefully, these will help you acquire more loot and make a perfect extraction in the game.

CoD Black Ops 7 Endgame Mode Open For All Players On November 21

Since its release, CoD Black Ops 7 has garnered immense attention from thrill-seeking shooter players. While many game modes from previous Call of Duty titles have been included, BO7 also features some entirely new modes and settings.

Among these, the newly added Endgame mode is currently one of the most popular. To attract more players, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has eliminated the tedious campaign-gating. No missions need to be completed; all players can directly experience this mode starting November 21st.

CoD Black Ops 7 Endgame Mode Open For All Players On November 21

If you're unfamiliar with this new mode, I'll introduce it to you. Hopefully, this will help you have a better gaming experience in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.

Endgame Mode

CoD Black Ops 7 Endgame mode incorporates elements popular with Warzone and Zombies modes, but it's a purely PvE cooperative player mode.

At the start of the challenge, players are dropped directly into the air above Avalon. You need to choose a suitable landing spot and land safely. After that, you will need to team up with other players to complete objectives, improve your strength, and engage in fierce battles with enemies.

It's worth noting that Avalon has four areas of varying difficulty. You'll need to ensure sufficient survival space and safe evacuation within these areas to maintain your current gear and combat level. This is essential for continuously challenge higher difficulty levels.

Undoubtedly, this new cooperative mode adds new content and vitality to the traditional CoD multiplayer game mode.

Previously, to access CoD Black Ops 7 Endgame mode, players needed to complete 11 campaign missions or meet players with challenge permissions. Fortunately, starting November 21st, players can freely team up to explore.

Features

Based on player feedback across various platforms, Endgame mode has received mixed reviews, which is closely related to players' individual adventure preferences.

Many players find the initial stages of this mode relatively monotonous and repetitive, which is why some players are not interested in it. They prefer to immerse themselves in Zombies mode for surprises or Multiplayer mode for battles.

However, as players' combat levels increase, they will unlock more challenging content, culminating in a highly challenging final battle in CoD Black Ops 7.

Furthermore, the risk mechanics of Endgame mode require players to be extremely cautious during their adventures. If the player's character dies or fails to evacuate in time, their combat level will reset to zero, requiring a restart.

This all-or-nothing mechanism keeps players who enjoy this type of adventure investing time and effort into this mode.

Compensation

For players who want to directly try CoD BO7 Endgame mode, being able to play immediately is certainly good news. However, it's less friendly to players who have already unlocked the content.

Fortunately, the developers have some remedial measures to ensure that players who have unlocked Endgame mode do not feel their rights have been harmed by the adjustments to the game mechanics.

For players who unlock Endgame, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will offer additional rewards to compensate for their time and effort:

  • 3 x 1-hour double level XP tokens
  • 3 x 1-hour double weapon XP tokens
  • 3 x 1-hour double battle pass XP tokens
  • 3 x Perkaholic Gobblegums

These rewards are substantial and can be used before playing multiplayer games or CoD Black Ops 7 Bot Lobbies challenge, providing an extra boost in matches and making it easier to level up, upgrade weapons, and battle pass in-game.

In addition to the above rewards, players will also receive unique rewards unlocked in Co-Op Campaign, Global XP, an exclusive Camo track, and more:

  • Irides One M15 MOD 0 Blueprint
  • Phantom Shadow SK Blueprint
  • Razorfire Vertex Ryden 45K Blueprint
  • Grounded Mason Operator Skin
  • 55,000 XP and more rewards

While unlocking Endgame mode after only one week of release might not seem like part of the official plan. Regardless, starting November 21st, all CoD Black Ops 7 players will be able to directly experience this brand-new Endgame mode and gradually progress through the most challenging adventure.

Step into the world of CoD Black Ops 7 now and experience this richly designed mode.

How To Farm Steel Springs In Arc Raiders? | Best Locations, Recycling & Trading Tips

In Arc Raiders, every raider strives to survive in the surface world, scavenging various materials to strengthen their character and base. These materials not only affect your win rate against ARC enemies, but more importantly, they are essential resources for crafting various weapons and equipment.

Normally, we can obtain various materials by defeating enemies and looting their corpses, but these materials are usually junk, making it difficult to craft high-level weapons. Therefore, if you want to craft some key items, then aiming for those rare materials instead of focusing on clearing out the small monsters on the ground is what you need to do right now.

Among these, Steel Springs, as an essential item for completing Expedition Project in Arc Raiders, and also a necessary material for crafting Torrente I and other weapons and equipment, are rare items that countless players yearn to find.

However, their rarity also means that finding these Steel Springs is difficult. If you don't want to be bogged down in endless exploration and regrets, then you can't miss this guide. We're here to share how to find Steel Spring in the game and help you replenish your supplies!

How To Farm Steel Springs In ARC Raiders? | Best Locations, Recycling & Trading Tips

Steel Spring Locations

Arc Raiders provides several locations where players can find Steel Spring. Due to its properties, Steel Spring is usually found in industrial areas, and while it occasionally drops in other locations, the probability is relatively low. You have a chance to find a large amount of this resource in the following areas:

  • Dam Battlegrounds: Power Generation Complex & Water Treatment
  • Spaceport: Vehicle Maintenance
  • The Blue Gate: Warehouse

Among these locations, Power Generation Complex and Water Treatment provide a stable supply of Steel Spring. However, if you just want to quickly loot resources and make a successful extraction, then we recommend prioritizing Water Treatment, as it's cramped but has a wealth of resources, allowing you to quickly scavenge and leave before the enemy arrives.

In comparison, the basement in Power Generation Complex offers a larger space, hiding not only a large amount of Steel Spring but also a wealth of other materials, making it definitely worth your time to cultivate. However, the hidden PvP and ARC threats here shouldn't be underestimated. If you're confident in your skills, then come and give it a try!

Overall, since Dam Battlegrounds has many industrial buildings, each containing 1-2 Steel Sprin spawns and drops, Dam Battlegrounds is definitely not to be missed if you need to stockpile Steel Sprin.

In addition, if you want to reduce the difficulty of collecting Steel Sprin, Warehouse on The Blue Gate is your best choice. Because industrial materials constantly spawn here, the probability of finding Steel Sprin is quite high.

However, be aware that besides Warehouse, a few small points of interest, and the tunnels, The Blue Gate doesn't have many industrial locations. So if you only want to collect industrial materials, be careful not to go empty-handed to maximize your collection efficiency.

How To Obtain Steel Spring?

Exchange It For Seeds At Celeste

As everyone knows, seeds are a core resource in Arc Raiders, with a wide range of uses, including trading with merchants and crafting items or other upgrades.

Therefore, besides collecting Steel Spring through map exploration and quests, if you don't want to waste time and have sufficient resources, the simplest and most direct way is to directly exchange six seeds at Celeste's shop. However, note that there is a daily limit of ten exchanges!

Arc Raiders: Exchange It For Seeds At Celeste

Disassembling Industrial Items

In Arc Raiders, most of the equipment and supplies players collect are stored in their inventory. However, not all Arc Raiders items are used, inevitably leading to a lot of junk. Therefore, if you have excess industrial items, you can disassemble them into Steel Spring. Examples include:

  • Cooling Coil
  • Mod Components
  • Advanced Mechanical Components
  • Rusted Tools
  • Spring Cushion
  • Ruined Accordion

Note that because of the rarity of Steel Spring, while you can recycle these items outside of raids for disassembly, there's a chance you won't get Steel Spring while recycling them inside the raid. Therefore, to be on the safe side, if you have ample inventory space and no weight concerns, it's recommended to return to Speranza before proceeding.

These are common ways for players to obtain Steel Spring in Arc Raiders. If you have enough time, you can focus on the locations mentioned above where Steel Spring spawns in large quantities and collect this material by exploring the map. Of course, if you're short on time, you can also try obtaining Steel Spring by exchanging it with merchants or by dismantling items. Hope this guide is helpful!

Due to widespread player dissatisfaction with this issue, the game developers have decided to optimize AI opponent behavior. Patch 1.1.3 improves the passing, dribbling, and defensive actions of AI opponents. It enhances their passing reaction speed and dribbling turn speed, increasing defensive initiative.

These changes will apply to AI opponents in all modes. This means that whether you choose Authentic or Competitive game modes, you'll need to be appropriately vigilant against more agile and unpredictable AI opponents.

This is also good news for players who enjoy honing their skills. You can choose to quickly improve your skills by playing against AI before participating in real-time matches to earn more FC 26 Coins.

Diablo 4 Players Debate Chaos Armor Removal | Should This Mechanism From Season 10 Be Retained In Season 11?

Chaos Armor mechanic introduced in Diablo 4 Season 10 was beloved by many players. This unique mechanic allowed players to equip Unique items on different slots, creating a variety of unexpected combinations.

Unfortunately, Chaos Armor mechanic was only season-limited and would disappear from the game after Diablo 4 Season 10 ended, much to the players' regret. Many players suggested that the developers retain this mechanic, as it could help players develop more beneficial builds, and its flexibility could attract more new players.

However, not all players agreed with this idea; some opposed it. Besides Chaos Armor mechanic, other controversies existed. Let's take a look.

Diablo 4 Players Debate Chaos Armor Removal | Should This Mechanism From Season 10 Be Retained In Season 11?

Changes Brought By Chaos Armor

Chaos Armor introduced in Diablo 4 Season 10 was an enhanced version of Unique items, possessing stronger attributes and providing more bonuses to builds.

This is why many players didn't want Chaos Armor to disappear; after all, players wanted higher damage output in combat, and this mechanic perfectly met their needs.

By influencing gear placement, Chaos Armor affects character builds, opening up new possibilities.

Unlike previous seasons, where unique items could only be equipped in fixed gear slots, in Season 10, Chaos Armor can be equipped in slots other than the original gear slots.

Furthermore, Chaos Armor mechanic allows players to equip unique items of the same type. Put, Kilt of Blackwing and Storm's Companion, both belonging to the pants category, can be used in the same build, something impossible in the past.

Thanks to this mechanic, many builds flourished in Season 10. For example, with the help of Kilt of Blackwing and Chaos Perks, Raven Druid build jumped to S-tier in Diablo 4 Season 10.

In just one season, Chaos Armor mechanic has drastically changed many builds. If this mechanic were retained in Diablo 4, players could create even more possibilities.

Supporters' Views

The ability to cleverly combine builds to defeat powerful enemies and continuously upgrade and evolve with the help of Diablo 4 gold is what keeps players engaged and is the core of the game's appeal.

The addition of Chaos Armor mechanic brings even more build flexibility and adds to the game's charm.

You can see across various platforms that most players hope Chaos Armor mechanic will remain in the game forever, which is proof of its popularity. The novelty of constantly developing gear keeps players hooked, increasing their activity level, while the sunk costs of time, resources, and Diablo 4 Gold enhance player retention.

Many supporters believe that Diablo 4 will develop even more possible builds around Chaos Armor mechanic. If the developers release new Chaos Armor in future games, players will go crazy for it.

Opponents' Views

While most players support the idea of adding Chaos Armor, some players still oppose it.

They believe that in Diablo 4 Season 10, Chaos Armor mechanic caused players to overlook the existence of Unique items. If it continues in the game, the concept of Unique items becomes meaningless, defeating the game's original purpose.

Furthermore, opposing players argue that this abundance of build diversity is essentially a result of artificial influence. Players should develop different strategies based on the specific mechanics of each season to avoid gradually becoming bored.

Sanctification: The Opposite Of Chaos Armor

Both viewpoints have their arguments, and neither can convince the other. However, in Diablo 4 Season 11, what frustrates players isn't just the question if Chaos Armor mechanic should exist, but also the newly added Sanctification gear upgrade system.

Based on player feedback, Chaos Armor mechanic was completely removed in the recently concluded PTR 2.5.0. Sanctification gear upgrade system has become the new source of frustration for players.

In stark contrast to the Chaos Armor mechanism, most players felt that Sanctification not only failed to motivate them to upgrade their gear, but also met with considerable resistance.

This practice by RNG of modifying gear attribute bonuses is reminiscent of the pre-improvement Tempering, both of which are similarly beyond player control.

However, compared to Tempering, the consequences of Sanctification may be unacceptable to players. Sanctified gear cannot be modified in any way; players must accept the outcome regardless of the result.

Some of these modifications may not only be ineffective for character builds but could also have adverse effects. This means that no matter how many resources and Diablo 4 gold you invest, if Sanctification negatively affects your character build, all your investment will be meaningless.

In summary, based on feedback from Diablo 4 PTR 2.5.0, players do not fully accept the mechanisms in Season 11.

Whether it's the widely praised but soon-to-be-discontinued Chaos Armor system or the much-criticized Sanctification gear upgrade system, we hope they'll be adjusted in Diablo 4 Season 11 to satisfy most players.

Whether positive or negative, this feedback from players is meaningful for Diablo 4, showing that players are still paying attention to the game and have high expectations. With some time still before the official launch of Season 11, we can still look forward to what surprises Diablo 4 Season 11 will bring.

Genshin Impact May Buff Old Characters Like Mona In Subsequent Updates

Recently, Genshin Impact community has been buzzing with rumors about upcoming updates, sparking intense interest in character balance and future development.

As the game nears the end of version 6.0, the developers will unveil new content during the 6.1 livestream at 8:00 PM (UTC/GMT +8) on October 10, 2025, featuring new characters in the next update.

There are also reports that the developers may be planning buffs for some older characters, with Mona being a key focus.

This move may not only improve the utility of individual characters but also pave the way for future new characters and team systems.Genshin Impact May Buff Old Characters Like Mona In Subsequent Updates

New Version Updates And Character Leaks

According to current information, Genshin Impact version 6.1 will introduce the new character Nefer, reportedly a Lunar-Bloom-focused, damage-focused character.

Further ahead, in version 6.2, players may also be introduced to Miliastra Wonderland locale, and the highly anticipated humanoid form of Durin.

Durin is described in leaked information as an off-field Pyro sub-DPS character associated with Hexenzirkel faction. Notably, Durin's skills and unique weapon are rumored to be enhanced when there are two or more Hexenzirkel members in a team, suggesting that future character builds may prioritize faction synergy.

Mona May Be Buffed

Many reports suggest that Mona will receive power-up enhancements, rather than relying on temporary abilities during storylines. While the specific details and timing of these adjustments remain unclear, players speculate that they may focus on her support abilities, such as optimizing her team buffs.

Currently, Mona, a damage-boosting support character, has seen its usage decline due to the introduction of numerous new characters in Genshin Impact. For many players, Mona is not their first choice, regardless of her appearance or skills. Therefore, these adjustments are expected to restore her competitiveness.

It is worth noting that Mona's buffs may be closely tied to Durin's release. Based on the faction settings, some players speculate that Mona belongs to Hexenzirkel, a faction that Durin is also included in.

If the news is true, Mona's skill buffs could make her an ideal support for Durin's team, triggering additional effects through faction bonds and improving overall damage efficiency.

For example, Mona might receive a new buff based on the number of Hexenzirkel members, encouraging Hexenzirkel-centric team builds.

For players who already own Mona, this buff is like receiving a powerful team-building block for free, while for those who don't, it could significantly motivate them to acquire Mona.

Players could then earn Primogems through Genshin Impact in-game Top Up, significantly increasing their chances of obtaining characters in the permanent pool or character restock pool.

Old Characters May Receive Buffs

Mona may not be the only character to benefit. According to analysis by players in Genshin Impact community, other characters associated with Hexenzirkel include Klee, Albedo, Venti, Mona, Wanderer, and Varka. In addition to the yet-to-be-released Varka, these veteran characters have also seen their power decline due to the metagame shift.

If Mona's buff becomes a precedent, The developers may gradually implement similar adjustments to other older characters, revitalizing their usefulness through faction synergy or skill reworks.

This approach will not only allow veteran players to rediscover classic roster elements but also inject more strategic diversity into the game.

While the leak remains unconfirmed, rumors of Mona's buffs have fueled player anticipation for character balance improvements in Genshin Impact.

If the developers do proceed with the legacy character buff plan, it will not only enhance the compatibility potential of newer characters like Durin, but could also usher in a renaissance for established characters, revitalizing earlier roster elements.

Whatever the outcome, these adjustments demonstrate the game's commitment to content depth and player experience over the long term. More details will emerge with the upcoming Genshin Impact version 6.1 livestream, so stay tuned!

Monopoly GO Block Boutique: How To Play It?

Monopoly GO is constantly innovating, launching a series of events and mini-games, both large and small. These updates not only keep veteran players fresh but also attract new players. According to reports, Monopoly GO is about to launch a new mini-game: Block Boutique. Let's take a brief look at it, discover how it differs from previous mini-games, what makes it appealing to players, and learn about its genre and how to play it.

Monopoly GO Block Boutique: How To Play It?

1. Introduction

Block Boutique is a new mini-game of Monopoly GO that blends bingo-style gameplay with crafting mechanics, blending strategy and creativity. Players gather materials and items needed for the game, place them in designated locations, and combine them to create a series of beautiful items to display in subsequent game scenes.

Block Boutique mini-game features a series of crafting themes. While the themes vary, the general gameplay remains the same, though the difficulty may increase incrementally. This initial version focuses on crafting drinks, with Bon appétit album themes, such as food in all world, to be released later.

Although Block Boutique mini-game's objectives are simple and easy to play, the gameplay itself requires careful thought and strategy. Block Boutique is a repeatable game. Even after completing the objectives and earning the desired prize, players can continue playing and earning the rewards if they find the previous game enjoyable.

2. Preparation

To successfully operate Block Boutique and complete subsequent objectives, you must first collect the required blocks and place them on the board.

By placing them according to the game's rules, you'll obtain the materials needed for subsequent crafting, which are crucial for crafting items in your theme store.

Once you've collected enough materials and the required materials, you can craft your boutique's themed items and display them in your store. The ultimate goal of Block Boutique is to complete each row and column in the display area.

Completing the corresponding rows and columns will earn you corresponding rewards, including some sticker packs which have Monopoly GO Cards. Furthermore, each crafted item will also earn your corresponding rewards. This creates a sense of achievement and satisfaction with every step you take before successfully completing the game and claiming Monopoly GO's grand prize.

Please note that at the time of this post, the developer has not yet announced a specific launch date for Block Boutique. However, some clues suggest that Block Boutique mini-game will be available soon.

Like other Monopoly GO mini-games and side activities, Block Boutique may launch in a limited number of regions first. This will allow developers to test the game and gather feedback from players in certain regions before the global launch. When the time is right, a global launch will be held.

WoW MoP Classic Gold Farming: How To Get Rich Fast? - 4 New Ways

In the vast game world of WoW MoP Classic, gold is not only the basic element that supports the development of classes, it also allows players to equip the strongest gear and ride the coolest mounts in the game, thereby delivering more powerful damage output in battle with enemies.

I'm sure you've already seen a lot of guides on how to farm more gold in the game. However, I guarantee that this article is different from anything you've seen before.

As the game continues to evolve, the best ways to earn gold are bound to change. After all, the world is constantly changing. So, we should keep up with the times and try to master the latest gold farming techniques.

If that's the case, don't miss this article, as it will introduce you to four new strategies that can help you better farm Mists of Pandaria Classic gold in MoP Classic. Each of these four strategies will far surpass any conventional methods you are currently familiar with.WoW MoP Classic Gold Farming: How To Get Rich Fast? - 4 New Ways

Latest Raid

Firstly, farming gold in the recently updated Heart of Fear raid in WoW Classic's Mists of Pandaria is a very smart move.

Because this new raid brings us a ton of new loot, weapons, and gear sets that are in huge demand in Auction House.

Especially after defeating the two world bosses Sha of Anger and Galleon, those Bind on Equip (BoE) such as item level 496 bracers that can be matched with any class are popular items that players are vying to get.

Because it drops very rarely in the raid, its price is also very expensive. So we can complete the raid and obtain these BoE gear that can be sold at Auction House in exchange for a large amount of WoW Classic MoP gold.

However, some players might question this approach. Since BoE gear is so scarce, why sell it after acquiring it? Wouldn't it be better to keep it? As for gold, it can be obtained through other means.

Don't worry, here's a way to get more item level 496 bracers, and exchange your excess BoE gear for another very valuable resource in the game. Isn't that the best of both worlds?

Specifically, you just need to set the raid to 10-man mode and form a team that includes a tank, healer, and four or five damage per second (DPS) with big Area of Effect (AoE).

Then kill every trash mob until you reset the raid after defeating the first boss. This way you will have a chance of getting a bracer every five or six spawns.

Notice: IGGM Solemnly Declares: GameBoost's Accusations Are Completely False!

Old Raids

In addition to farming gold through the new raids, the old raids are still our regular way to obtain gold. Although the hourly income is not as high as the new raids, through monster farming routes, we can still get a stable income in a short time.

For example, Magtheridon's Lair is a very efficient gold farming raid, spending a few minutes per week to get 650 to 750 gold per class.

Additionally, Sunwell Plateau is another raid worth investing in, especially for players who can defeat Brutallus, as this raid can yield 2500 to 3000 MoP Classic gold every 20 minutes.

Celestial Dungeon

In addition to the aforementioned raid gold farming methods, we can also obtain a large amount of WoW Classic Mists of Pandaria gold through Celestial Dungeon which is released on August 12th. This has become a primary method for many players to obtain new equipment.

Specifically, we can use Epic Drops in Celestial Dungeon or use August Stone Fragments Currency to obtain the cheapest epic items suitable for our class to increase our class strength.

Then, we can kill enemies to collect the gold they drop, which is the most economical way to increase gold farming efficiency.

PvP Arena

This method emphasizes increasing class levels and participating in PvP Arena activities to earn rewards such as MoP gold and PvP conquest gear.

At this point, you'll need to optimize your monster-killing strategy, such as strategically positioning your attacks to more efficiently clear monsters and earn more gold. However, no matter what strategy you choose, it must adhere to the following two core principles:

  1. Remember that Arena is a small-team deathmatch, so communication and coordinated attacks are crucial in combat.
  2. Focus on understanding your chosen class's strengths and choosing the most appropriate gear to enhance your class's offensive capabilities.

In short, these gold-earning methods cover a variety of strategies from raiding to speculation, each with its own unique advantages that can help you achieve financial freedom in the game and make your adventures in WoW MoP Classic easier and more enjoyable.
